Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. popped corn
1/2 lb. oleo
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. dark syrup
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Boil oleo, brown sugar, dark syrup and cream of tartar together for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Mix well and pour over popped corn and put in oven for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
Stir once or twice while cooking.
