Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 Tbsp. salt
1 egg
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. oil
7 c. flour
Preparation

Put hot water in bowl.
Add sugar, salt and oil.
Beat eggs in this when it cools down.
Add the 1/2 cup warm water with yeast in it.
Add enough flour to knead; set aside to rise to twice its size.
Knead down again.
Make into rolls; let rise again, then bake in a 350\u00b0 oven.
