Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 1/3 Tbsp. cold milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut shortening into flour with pastry blender or rub with fingertips until the shortening particles are the size of peas.
    Add milk slowly, tossing mixture lightly.
