Gingerbread(This Is Spicy Gingerbread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 large egg
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. ginger
Preparation
    Beat egg, sugar and Crisco until smooth.
    Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Add to first mixture.
    Add buttermilk and molasses.
    Roll out on floured cookie sheet.
    I pinch them like homemade biscuits.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
