Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook
    broccoli\tslightly,
    but\tnot done.
    Drain.
    Cook rice in\t2
    cups
    water.
    Saute\tonion
    in margarine.
    Combine broccoli, soup, milk, onion, half the cheese, salt and pepper. Pour over
    rice
    in baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
