Vegetarian "Meat" Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tofu (firm or hard)
    1 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 onion
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    In a skillet, heat 1 to 2 tablespoons light oil.
    Form mixture into balls. Saute balls in skillet until light brown.
    Add to marinara sauce or sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with pasta.
