Light Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. yellow raisins
    2 3/4 lb. mixed fruit, coarsely chopped
    1 lb. nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 c. butter, softened
    5 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. fruit juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Combine coconut, nuts, raisins and fruit with 1 cup flour. Mix well. In a large bowl, cream butter and eggs together. Sift together remaining 2 cups flour, salt and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture along with fruit juice and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in nuts and fruit. Mix well. Pour into buttered tube pan. Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for 2 1/4 hours.
