Peppery Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 pork chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl combine paprika, garlic salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Rub each chop with paprika mixture.
    Place the pork chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
    Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 8 minutes.
    Turn chops and broil for 7 to 9 minutes more or until the meat is no longer pink.
    Serve with sour cream.
    Makes 4 servings.
