Ingredients

1 c. fresh blackberries
1/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Put berries in food processor.
Blend about 1 minute or until smooth.
Strain and discard seeds.
Combine with remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Serve with grilled or roasted meats.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to two weeks.
