Chicken And Dressing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 or 3 pound chicken, boiled and deboned
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup chopped celery
3 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter.
Prepare stuffing mix as directed. Mix well with butter. Spread 3/4 mixture in a greased Pyrex casserole dish.
Lay chicken pieces on top (can use chicken breast).
Add drained mushrooms.
Mix together remaining vegetables, lemon juice, salt, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and 1/2 of chicken stock. Spoon over chicken and sprinkle remaining dressing mix on top. Pour remaining chicken stock over top. Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
