Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground ham
    1/2 lb. ground pork or veal
    1/2 c. plain cracker crumbs (Stouffer's)
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add 1/2 of sugar mixture; mix well.
    Shape into loaf.
    Pour other 1/2 of sugar mixture over ham loaf.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
