Ham And Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. deviled ham
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
chives, parsley or other herbs (optional)
Preparation

Put water and butter in saucepan and bring to boil.
When butter has melted, add flour and salt all at one time.
Reduce heat to low and stir with wooden spoon for 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Cool about 10 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, stirring vigorously after each addition.
Divide mixture in half. Stir ham into half of mixture and cheese in the other.
