Confetti Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 cloves minced garlic
    freshly ground pepper
    2 c. chopped broccoli or any vegetable you would like
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1 c. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    3 c. cauliflower flowerets
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. grated Cheddar or Jack cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter and oil until light.
    Add salt, pepper and basil. Add vegetables.
    Cover and reduce heat to medium-low.
    Let cook until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce. Add cooked spaghetti. Add cheese slowly and toss well or cheese will clump.
