Turkey Breast And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    6 slices day-old bread
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small boneless turkey breast
Preparation
    Butter bread and break into bite size pieces.
    Use half to line bottom of greased, 2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine and add vegetables and mayonnaise.
    Spread soup over top and mix eggs into mixture.
    Top with remaining bread and refrigerate overnight.
