Orange Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box tapioca pudding
    1 (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
    1 (3 oz.) orange jello
    3 c. water
    2 small cans mandarin oranges
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together in saucepan.
    Add water and boil for 10 minutes, stirring often.
    Cool completely.
    Add oranges (drained) and Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate.
