Chicken And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed, cooked chicken breasts
    2 c. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 medium carrots, sliced (1 1/2 c.)
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    2 fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    3/4 c. picante sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can kidney beans
    1 large green pepper, cut in large pieces
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large soup pot and simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
    Serve over artichoke shells or steamed brown rice.
