Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

Preparation

Combine zucchini, oil and beaten egg; mix in flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cocoa. Add the vanilla and chocolate chips. Mix well. Spread batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
