Bill Blass' Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground sirloin
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pinch of dried thyme
    pinch of dried marjoram
    1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix meat and set aside.
    In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
    Add celery and onions; cook until soft, about 10 minutes.
    Add celery and onion and all other ingredients to meat mixture, except chili sauce.
    Combine well and form into a loaf.
    Place meat loaf into baking dish and top with chili sauce. Bake 1 hour in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
