Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 3 lb. chicken, cut off bone
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 box rice (chicken flavor)
12 oz. cashews
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 bunch green onions
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. water (hot)
2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water (cold)
Preparation

Cut chicken into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Mix flour and cornstarch together.
Flour chicken and set aside.
Mix egg and milk.
Soak chicken in mixture 10 minutes.
Re-dip into flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Mix bouillon cubes, 1 cup water, sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch until dissolved.
Cook on medium heat until thick.
Cook rice according to directions.
Place chicken and rice on plate.
Cover with sauce, cashews and onions.
Use more soy sauce if desired.
