Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small pkg. (not instant) vanilla pudding
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (14 oz.) can sliced peaches
2 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
6 tsp. peach juice
1 c. sugar
cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine first 6 ingredients and pour into greased deep pie dish.
Drain peaches, saving juice.
Place peaches over mixture in dish.
Mix cream cheese with sugar and juice.
Spoon over peaches leaving 1/4 inch rim around edges. Sprinkle cinnamon.
Bake 30 minutes, cool 45 minutes.
Serve warm or cool.
