Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomatoes
    3 bell peppers
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    hot pepper to taste
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes.
    Drain some of juice off.
    Mix and simmer 40 minutes.
