Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. water
    2 c. dark raisins
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add water to raisins and simmer until about 1/4 cup liquid remains.
    Add vinegar and butter; cool.
    Mix sugar, flour and salt; stir into raisins.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes longer.
