Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
3 apples, peeled and chopped
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour tube pan.
Combine sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, lemon juice, salt and soda.
Add flour, apples and nuts; mix well.
Bake in preheated oven 1 hour 15 minutes.
Check after 1 hour.
Cool on rack.
