Steak And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. round steak
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 medium carrots, sliced
8 medium potatoes, sliced
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut meat into serving size pieces. Pound flour, salt and pepper into meat and brown well.
Arrange in 3-quart casserole.
Place vegetables on top.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix and add water.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Gravy may be made from liquid before serving.
Serves 8.
