Carne Adobada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. red chili sauce, caribe
    2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    5 lb. tender pork strips
Preparation
    Add salt, garlic and oregano to chili sauce.
    Place strips of pork (2 x 6-inch) in the chili sauce and marinate 24 hours.
    To prepare, cut into small pieces and fry in fat.
    Add chili sauce to cover and cook until pork is done, approximately 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
