Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops, seasoned
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 c. instant rice
    1 can consomme soup
Preparation
    Fry chops quickly.
    Place in baking dish (single layer). Sprinkle chops with rice and in between.
    Spread loose onion rings over top.
    Add soup and 1 can of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 45 minutes.
    Cook covered 1/2 hour more.
