Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, melted
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
1 (8 oz.) can green chilies, seeded
2 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan and melt in heated oven.
Place eggs, green chilies, soda, spinach (squeeze spinach dry) and flour in a blender and blend.
In separate bowl, place grated cheeses and add egg mixture; stir well. Add margarine and pour into pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
