Salsa (Hot Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. tomatoes
    3 large onions
    1 to 2 c. hot peppers
    3 cloves garlic
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. canning salt
Preparation
    Simmer at least 2 hours.
