Fish With Spinach (Baked)(Armenian) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chopped onion
1/2 c. oil
2 lb. haddock
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 large pkg. spinach
1 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Saute chopped onion in oil.
Wash and cut haddock.
Dry on paper towels.
In plastic bag, put flour, paprika and garlic salt. Place fish in bag and shake until fish is well coated.
Wash and drain spinach.
Place in roasting pan and add 1 teaspoon salt. Put onion on the spinach, then arrange fish on top.
Add hot water and juice of lemon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
