Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. enriched flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Blend sugar, flour and salt with milk; stir constantly.
Cool on low heat until thick.
Add beaten egg yolks.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla and coconut.
Cool, then pour into a pie shell.
