Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. can sauerkraut
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. grated carrot, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped fine
Preparation

Mix sauerkraut and sugar and let stand 1/2 hour.
Mix remaining ingredients with sauerkraut and sugar.
Refrigerate about 12 hours.
Stir through occasionally.
