Italian Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can English peas
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook the onion in the bacon grease in a medium skillet until clear.
    Add the peas and tomatoes.
    Season to taste.
    Cook approximately 5 minutes over medium heat.
