Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 c. Velveeta cheese cubes (I use 8 or 9 Velveeta or American slices)
1 small can Pet milk plus enough whole milk to make 2 c.
1/2 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. minced onion
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place hash browns in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
(No need to thaw potatoes.)
Break potatoes apart and mix in cheese cubes. Mix other ingredients together and pour over potatoes.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven if using glass dish for 45 to 60 minutes.
