Pecan Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. acorn squash
    4 Tbsp. pecans, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown Sugar Twin
    4 each graham crackers, crushed
    4 Tbsp. diet margarine, softened
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Pierce squash in several places to allow steam to escape. Place in microwave oven.
    Microwave on High for 6 minutes.
    Cut squash crosswise into halves and remove seeds.
    Arrange, cut side down, on microwavable serving plate.
    Cover tightly and microwave for 7 to 9 minutes or until tender.
    Remove stems and cut thin slice from pointed ends to prevent tipping.
