Pecan Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1- 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1- 4 oz. Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped
Preparation

Blend cheeses in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed.
Shape cheese mixture into ball; roll in pecans. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serve as a spread with crackers.
