Pina Colada Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced fresh ripe pineapple
    1 3/4 c. white rum
    1 (15 oz.) can cream of coconut
    3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Place pineapple in a small bowl and toss with 1/4 cup rum. Refrigerate, covered, for several hours.
