Lemon Cheese Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lemons
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Use juice and rind of lemons.
    Beat whole eggs.
    Add sugar gradually and beat well after each.
    Add lemon rind and juice. Add butter.
    Cook over boiling water until mixture thickens.
