Balsamic Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. chicken in serving pieces
1 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. Balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
3 scallions, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 minced garlic clove
Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and dip chicken in marinade.
Arrange in glass pans.
Pour remaining marinade over.
Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Grill, basting with marinade.
