Dutch Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. tomato sauce, divided
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper, eggs, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
    Press into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Unmold on rack of broiler pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
