Berry Pickers' Reward Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Line 20 muffin cups with paper baking cups; set aside. In mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In large bowl, beat butter with electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add 1 1/4 cups sugar and mix on medium speed until combined. Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla until combined. With a spoon, stir dry ingredients into beaten mixture until just moistened. Fold in raspberries. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
