Swiss Spinach Bake(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 egg
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. minced onion
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach as label directs; drain well, squeezing out excess water.
    In a 1-quart casserole dish, beat egg and stir in remaining ingredients.
    Add spinach.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until center is set.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
