Frozen Pepper Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    3 peppers (red, green, yellow)
    carrot (optional)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Chop together cabbage, peppers and carrot.
    Add salt; let set for 1 hour.
    Then boil sugar, vinegar, water and celery seed. Cool this mixture before adding to cabbage, then put in container and freeze.
