Chicken Fiesta Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    salt, pepper, paprika
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    3/4 c. sliced green onions
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 can whole kernel corn with peppers, drained
    2 c. cooked broccoli
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season chicken with pepper, salt and paprika.
    In large skillet, melt butter.
    Add chicken to skillet. Brown well.
    Drain chicken on paper towels.
    Set aside.
    Cook sausage, celery and onions in same skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Add rice, corn, broccoli and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Pour into shallow baking dish.
    Arrange chicken on top of rice mix, pressing chicken slightly into rice mixture.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook until chicken is no longer pink in center. Uncover.
    Lightly brown cheese.
