Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. half and half or milk
    2 c. butter
    1 lb. pimento cheese
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 (8 oz. each) pkg. fine noodles
    2 lb. crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
Preparation
    Combine cream, butter, cheese, onions and mushrooms in top of large double boiler to melt and combine.
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Layer noodles, crabmeat, then sauce in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
