Beef Manana Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 4 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation

In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef, onion, celery and green bell pepper over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
Drain off grease.
Stir in soup, tomato sauce, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.
