Punch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    11 single graham crackers
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. ground pecans
    whipped cream
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat egg whites stiff.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Add vanilla.
    In another bowl, crush graham crackers; add baking powder and pecans.
    Mix the dry ingredients with the stiff egg whites. Bake in a greased 9-inch pie pan for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cover with whipped cream and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
