Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Heat butter in a skillet and fry shrimp about 5 minutes or until cooked, shaking pan over high heat.
    Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper and place on a hot serving plate.
    Add garlic and parsley to butter remaining in skillet.
    Stir for 30 seconds and pour over shrimp.
    Serve with lemon wedges.
