Killer Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. (48) caramels
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. soft margarine or butter
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk over low heat.
    Stir often until melted.
    Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine cake mix, margarine, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and nuts.
    Pat 1/2 of mixture into bottom of pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over cooked dough.
    Pour caramel mixture over chocolate chips.
    Cover with remaining dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Cool before cutting.
