Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, minced
    1/3 c. raw rice
    1/3 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    1 egg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup, diluted with 1/2 can water
Preparation
    Mix meat, onion, rice, crumbs, egg and seasonings in a bowl. Form into balls; place in a deep greased casserole and pour the diluted soup over them.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0; cover partially ajar.
