Working Mom'S Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. light teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 lb. shrimp, cleaned
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen, mixed vegetables, thawed (broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    In small bowl, stir first three ingredients until smooth.
    Set aside.
    Generously spray large skillet.
    Heat over medium heat. Add shrimp, vegetables and garlic.
    Stirring constantly, cook 3 to 4 minutes.
    Stir sauce mixture; add to skillet, stirring constantly, and bring to boil.
    Boil one minute.
    Makes 4 servings.
